Privacy & terms

Last updated 28 October 2026. My Notes Are Game is run by GreatMindsMake.

Who it’s for

This site is for people aged 13 and over. We ask for your birth year once, on your device, to check this. We don’t send your birth year to our server.

What we collect, and why

• Your notes. Files you upload are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to make your games, then deleted. OpenAI is asked not to store them or use them for training.
• Your game pack. The games made from your notes are saved so you can share the link: key terms, a list of key facts, questions and puzzles, plus any new versions of a game that players ask for. Your original file is not kept. Packs are deleted after 6 months without being played. Anyone with the link can play a pack.
• Nicknames and scores. If you add yourself to a leaderboard or join a friends game, we store the nickname you choose and your score. Leaderboards on a pack can be seen by anyone with the link, so use a nickname, not your real name.
• Your IP address is used for a short time to stop spam and to limit how many packs one device can make.
• On your device we remember your age check, your nickname and the packs you’ve made. You can clear these by clearing your browser data.

We don’t have accounts, we don’t ask for your email, and we don’t sell your information.

Ads

Ads keep this site free. They are provided by Google and are non-personalised: they’re based on the page, not on tracking you. Google may use cookies to limit how often you see an ad and to fight fraud. See how Google uses information in ads.

Rules for using the site

• Only upload notes you’re allowed to use (your own notes or class materials), and nothing personal, private or inappropriate.
• Games are made by AI and can contain mistakes. Check anything important against your notes or with your teacher.
• Packs that are reported as inappropriate are taken down. We may remove any pack or nickname at any time.
• The site is provided as is, without any guarantee that it will always be available.
